LASERS: 4 high power lasers apply up to 5Kw of steel laser cutting power, and have a bed size of 4M x 2M - Trumpf 5040, 4030,, and 3040 machines plus a Bystronic Byspeed 

MATERIAL: Steel Laser cutting to 25mm, Stainless Steel 20mm, Aluminium 12mm

CAPACITY: Machines run 24 hours 6 days, allowing fast turnaround, high volume  

• CNC Punching, Trumpf 500 
• CNC Bending available on site - 3Metres 200 tonne capability 
• Powder Coating In house automated powder coating with chemical pretreatment ensures high quality corrosion resistant finishes 
• Welding both MIG and TIG for steel, stainless and aluminium. Spot and nut welding on site
• Threading, inserts, Pems and clinchnuts
• Assembly Packaging 
• Nationwide Delivery
