Our systems are especially suitable for student residential buildings, nurses? homes, hotels / guest houses, small offices and buildings with intermittent and unpredictable occupancy.

The range features discreet switches - triggered by local occupancy - controlling temperature, humidity or light levels in individual rooms according to limits pre-determined by the client. We also offer centralised control of these services using Prefect Mains Borne Signalling (MBS) systems. These offer simple building management from any convenient central location at significantly lower cost than most integrated Building Management Systems (BEMS).
