Filtered PDUs are an ideal solution for offices and educational settings where power must be distributed to a rack of computers and network equipment when only a limited number of wall-sockets are available. The filtered PDU also enables the monitoring of current power use going through the unit. Monitoring can be carried out via Ethernet connection or using software including Foreseer and PowerXpert.

Here at Prism Enclosures we can provide companies and organisations with high performance filtered PDUs. Our PDUs feature LED ammeters to enable easy start-up and a powder coated aluminium body for robustness. We supply PDUs with between 12 and 4 sockets depending on customer requirements.

At Prism Enclosures we offer a range of cabinets that meet the quality requirements of IP54 for protection against the ingress of dirt and water. These IP54 cabinets are ideal for use in locations and working environments where there are high levels of dust and moisture present such as industrial settings or warehouses.

Our IP54 cabinets are sealed or welded and come with protected cable entry systems. There are internal compression gaskets fitted and 100mm high cabinet plinths. We can supply IP54 cabinets in a mix of sizes, colours, and door configurations. We offer depths of 1000 or 800mm, and widths of 600 or 800mm, and heights of up to 47U.

Jumper rings are an effective method of cable management and keeping different cables ordered and free from tangling. Here at Prism Enclosures we can supply jumper rings to be fitted onto 800mm wide cabinets, or onto 19" mounting posts. Our jumper rings can be used with our data and server cabinets, our wall-mounted solutions or our High Density Patched Frames (HDPF).

The jumper rings can be supplied from both our PI or FI ranges, and come variously in 70 x 70mm, 70 x 100mm, or 45 x65mm, depending on the requirements of our customers.
