Plastic Injection Moulding
We are highly experienced in the manufacture of plastic injection moulding. We produce plastic injection moulding to the highest of standards and ensure that they meet BSENISO9001:2008 standards.
We use the latest technology and a range of plastic materials including polythene, polypropylene, nylon, acetal and polycarbonate to produce a vast range of plastic mouldings for almost any industry sector.
Tool Making
We manufacture bespoke mould and tools in our dedicated in house tool room. Our highly skilled staff and latest technology enables us to provide tool making with a quick turnaround and to the highest standards.
We offer mould and tool making services from start to finish. We will work from your ideas, rough designs, and existing parts or a full CAD model designs. We use a variety of systems including:
