The product exhibits excellent adhesion to tarmac and asphalt, and the fast curing characteristics allow rapid application of subsequent coatings, mortars or screeds.

Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed
Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed has been designed to provide a hard wearing, impervious floor finish which is hygienic and easy to clean. Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed with its combination of attractive finish and excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals, is suitable for a wide range of light industrial environments. The product exhibits very fast curing characteristics allowing a full return to service after 2 hours. Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed is typically laid at a thickness of 2-4mm. The aesthetic finish may be augmented by incorporating a decorative flake or coloured Quartz broadcast.

Resbuild MMA Toolclean
Resbuild MMA Toolclean is an equipment cleaner suitable for the removal of uncured Methyl Methacrylate resins. It has a low evaporation rate, mild odour and low toxicity, making it much more user friendly than other commonly used solvents. Resbuild MMA Toolclean is also largely biodegradable and photochemically non-reactive, and therefore more acceptable from an environmental point of view.

Resbuild MP Resin
Resbuild MP resin is a multi-purpose, 2 component, solvent free Epoxy resin which may be used on site to blend primers, screeds, repair mortars and sealers for concrete or steel substrates. The product has excellent adhesion and very good chemical resistance, and is supplied as a convenient 2:1 volume mix.

Resbuild Polyester Mortar
Resbuild Polyester Mortar is a versatile, rapid curing, high strength, two pack mortar suitable for many applications in building and civil engineering. The product consists of a low viscosity unsaturated polyester resin BASE component, and a FILLER component consisting of graded minerals and catalyst. Resbuild Polyester Mortar has a non-critical mix ratio, which allows the consistency to be varied from pourable to trowellable without adversely affecting curing times or strength.

Resbuild Quartzscreed is a three component, multicoloured Quartz-based Epoxy Resin floor system. It provides a hard wearing, non-slip, chemical resistant floor topping of aesthetically pleasing appearance. An attractive standard range of colour mixes exist, although individual designs can be custom made.

Resbuild SBR
Resbuild SBR is a Styrene-Butadiene co-polymer emulsion which imparts beneficial property improvements to cementitious mixes. After appropriate dilution with water, the resultant liquid may be used to gauge the cementitious mix to the desired consistency. A reduced water to cement ratio leads to superior mechanical properties and resistance to moisture ingress.

Resbuild Screedseal
Resbuild Screedseal is a single pack, water based, matt sealer specifically developed for use with resin floor screeds to up-grade chemical and abrasion resistance, as well as to enhance the aesthetic appearance. The material is easy to apply, and is fast drying to allow rapid access. For application to coves and upstands, a thixotropic version is available: Resbuild Screedseal.

Resbuild SF Coating
Resbuild SF Coating is a two pack Epoxy coating which provides protective and decorative properties to concrete, steel and other substrates. After mixing together, an easily applied chemical and abrasion resistant finish is produced. A slip resistant finish may be achieved by broadcasting an appropriate aggregate.
