Resbuild WB Primer is a two pack, water dispersible Epoxy based primer/sealer/clear coating, especially formulated to meet the technological and ecological requirements of modern building and industrial practice. Resbuild WB Primer is non-flammable and solvent free, is low odour, and may be applied to dry or damp surfaces. Resbuild WB Primer has excellent adhesion to most building materials, is non-toxic once cured, and consequently is a highly versatile material lending itself to application in many different types of location and circumstances.

SBR modifier for cement based mixes
Resbuild SBR is a Styrene-Butadiene co-polymer emulsion which imparts beneficial property improvements to cementitious mixes. After appropriate dilution with water, the resultant liquid may be used to gauge the cementitious mix to the desired consistency. A reduced water to cement ratio leads to superior mechanical properties and resistance to moisture ingress.

Self-sealing chemical resistant Epoxy screed
Resbuild Ultracrete is a rapid curing, resin rich, three pack Epoxy Screed with exceptional resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols e.g. 96-99% Sulphuric acid, Methyl Ethyl Ketone and Methanol. Resbuild Ultracrete is typically applied at thicknesses of between 4mm and 9mm depending upon service conditions and performance requirements. Greater thicknesses may be applied in conditions of exceptional severity (in terms of aggressive chemicals and temperature).

Self smoothing Epoxy screed
Resbuild SL Screed is a two part, self-levelling, Epoxy Screed. Resbuild SL Screed has been designed to provide a hard wearing, impervious, seamless floor finish which is hygienic and easy to clean. Resbuild SL Screed, with its combination of attractive finish and excellent resistance to many chemicals, is suitable for a wide range of light industrial environments. Resbuild SL Screed is typically applied at thicknesses of between 2 and 3mm. Resbuild SL Screed is supplied as a three pack product, consisting of an Epoxy resin component, a Curing Agent component and a graded Filler component, all pre-weighed and ready for mixing.

Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed with its combination of attractive finish and excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals, is suitable for a wide range of light industrial environments. The product exhibits very fast curing characteristics allowing a full return to service after 2 hours. Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed is typically laid at a thickness of 2-4mm. The aesthetic finish may be augmented by incorporating a decorative flake or coloured Quartz broadcast.
