Resbuild Cureseal
Resbuild Cureseal is a single pack, solvent-borne, clear Acrylic resin based curing compound, surface sealer and dust proofer for concrete. When applied to freshly placed concrete, Resbuild Cureseal functions as a curing membrane, reducing any tendency towards drying shrinkage cracks. At the same time the surface becomes sealed against the ingress of oils and many aqueous chemicals, and a harder wearing floor is produced. When applied to old/aged concrete floors, Resbuild Cureseal penetrates into the pore structure thereby sealing and dust proofing the surface. Having excellent adhesion to concrete, Resbuild Cureseal allows the application of subsequent paint/coating treatments, thereby minimising surface preparation.

Resbuild Deckcoat
Resbuild Deckcoat is a two pack solvent free resin coating modified to impart toughness, resilience and waterproofing properties to the cured film. The abrasion and impact resistance, together with the low temperature flexibility and excellent adhesion to concrete, make Resbuild Deckcoat an ideal material for use as a membrane subjected to vehicular traffic. By broadcasting a layer of Quartz or Aluminium Oxide between coats, a slip or skid-resistant surface profile can be achieved.

Resbuild DPM
Resbuild DPM is a two pack Epoxy resin-based primer/coating, which has been developed to function as a residual construction moisture suppressant, allowing the early installation of moisture sensitive flooring in fast track building programmes. One or two coats may be applied depending on the degree of dampness present in the sub-floor. The product is available in grey, red, and clear colours to allow control of uniform coverage. Resbuild DPM is also suitable for priming damp, minimally prepared substrates.

Resbuild EBM
Resbuild EBM is a thixotropic, solvent free Epoxy bedding mortar ideal for bonding a wide range of building materials to one another e.g. concrete, brick, metal, stone and wood. Resbuild EBM has a high level of mechanical integrity and exhibits excellent bonding characteristics even under damp conditions. Resbuild EBM is easy to mix and apply and requires no primer.

Resbuild Epoxy Grout

Resbuild ET Coating
Resbuild ET Coating is based on a solvent free Epoxy resin system modified with coal tar to impart water repellency and flexibility. Resbuild ET Coating is supplied as a two pack material in pre-weighed quantities ready for mixing and use. It may be applied direct to concrete or steel, or else used in conjunction with a substrate specific primer.

Resbuild ET Slurry
Resbuild ET Slurry is a three pack material, consisting of equal volumes of Epoxy resin Base and tar-modified Amine Curing Agent components, together with a graded Filler. The mixed material provides a waterproof, flexible, abrasion resistant, and seamless wearing surface, to which slip resistant or skid resistant characteristics can be conferred by the broadcasting of an appropriate Aggregate. Resbuild ET Slurry may be applied directly to concrete or steel surfaces.
