The AL 350 is a precision circular mitre saw for tubes, sections and solid bars made of aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastic.

We manufacture our own saw blades, because only then we can be sure that our machines bring the best results for you. This is professionalism with a system: As a saw blade manufacturer, we have extensive knowledge of the optimum adaptation of tooth geometries to workpiece and material. In parallel, as a manufacturer of sawing machines, we determine the optimum forward feed and cutting speed. The result is maximum performance and quality.

More and more companies are taking their cues from the strict requirements of the automobile industry. They do not accept any shipments of parts outside of their tolerances and demand documentation of test results and proof of process capability (cpk). As specialist for the demands of production, RSA developed RASACHECK for this very reason: Modular measurement systems that individually measure each work piece and automatically eject rejected parts. The length measurement module in the sawing centre immediately and fully automatically ejects every reject part. If a freely definable maximum number of defective work pieces in sequence is reached, the saw shuts off to prevent further rejects. The measurement module does not need to be set up or calibrated and can be linked into any machine or integrated into any production line. The measurement data are transferred to any QS-software or documented by the RSA-software and analysed. The measurement records can be made available as a data file or hard copy. Connection to your company's network is also possible.

Our brands RASABLADE for saw blades and RASABAND for band saw blades stand for extremely long working life and utmost cutting precision. Well-contrived manufacturing processes ensure a consistently high quality and reproducible cutting results. Standard dimensions are available from stock, purpose-built versions within a few days.

The H 300 is a very powerful machine for tubes, sections and solid bars made of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal designed for mitre cuts up to 45°.

The H 350 H and H 450 H are semiautomatic circular mitre saws for tubes, sections and solid bars made of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal designed for diameters of up to 120 mm respectively 160 mm.

The H 25 is a small production saw for conduits and sections made of steel and stainless steel designed for diameters up to 80 mm.
