Interior brushes are especially designed to deburr drill holes, transverse holes, threads, O-ring-recesses and to clean nozzles and small holes. There are also interior brushes to clean pipes, grids, pipe sleeves and cylinders.

Isolating is a process where a part or all of the isolating coating is removed. In automatic manufacturing process brushes are used to do it. With brushes with a cut surface old paint coats or other isolating substances are removed. The exact rotation allows a sparing removal of the paint or isolating coating on the work piece without stressing it too much.
