The business was set up in 1999. We employ an enthusiastic workforce that are proud of the standard of work they produce.

The directors believe that the company is in a very strong position to meet all challenges from new and existing customers, being very versatile and flexible with many years of combined experience in the quarrying industry. We will design and build any type of plant, whether static, mobile or containerised, for ease of export.

In the past we have built and shipped complete quarry plants, comprising of all types of crushers from cones to jaws, with feeders, screens and conveyors to complement the entire package.

After a firm enquiry our design team will produce a proposal suiting your budget, material, site and tonnages, using new and used plant to provide a solution to your requirements. We can mix and match many brand names of equipment using our engineering experience, such as Pegsons, (Nordberg) Metso, Parker, Goodwin, Kue-Ken etc. Together with our lattice constructed conveyers, this gives you the very best in production, regarding tons per hour, shape of aggregates and reliability.

Our team will take your concept from the design and manufacturing stage through to the site erection, commissioning and production. We are very proud of the commitment we offer to our customers ensuring we deliver what is expected, with continued after sales support and a competitive price when it comes to buying spares and consumables. Our onsite teams have travelled to all parts of the world over several years installing quarrying, mining, coating and washing plants for all manner of customers from individuals to major corporations.

Many of our plants consist of primary, secondary and tertiary crushers, screens, feeders, stockpile conveyers and a unique surge bin system which allows material to be removed from the plant partly processed.

All our plants come complete with control panels and the wiring to complete the installation in its entirety and are designed by competent mechanical and electrical engineers.

Our steel fabrications are of the highest standard from the way they have been designed to the care taken in manufacturing, ensuring all the holes are de-burred and weld spatter removed prior to painting.

As we also maintain and service quarry plant we know the importance of keeping wear to the minimum and maintenance as simple as possible. Our designs keep this in mind making it as easy as possible for your onsite maintenance team to maintain the plant and easily get the every day spares locally ¿ such as bearings, motors and V-belts. We use standard parts wherever possible.
