Cut-to-size saws

Schelling is the specialist and world market leader for dividing saws to process the widest range of materials. Regardless of whether the panels are wood fibre or particle board, regardless of their composition and construction, non-ferrous metal panels from 1 to 250 mm thick, plastic panels of any quality and layer thickness or circuit boards with a paper or glass fibre base: we at Schelling develop individual systems for perfect panel-dividing every day - even for new, innovative developments in the materials sector. Our specialists will be happy to advise you in order to find the optimal machine for you.

Cut-to-size plants

You have a cut requirement – we have the solution! Schelling is the specialist for customer-oriented solutions in panel dividing. Thanks to Schelling's tradition of customer orientation, we have enormous experience when it comes to panel dividing. This expertise, paired with the latest machine technology and our own software and logistics department, makes Schelling a specialist in cutting solutions. Pros in sales and project management secure optimal process flow. As a customer, you will receive the best support – from the first meeting until the system has reached maximum production output.

Sorting & Stacking

Our construction and software department can realise any customer desire. For the recipe for success for the highest productivity is fault-free flow. The most flexible material sorting and stacking equipment ensures smooth flow – without bottlenecks.

The result: best possible cut performance and material usage on through to material expenditure. The operation of the innovative stacking systems is as easy as possible – e.g. with a cut optimisation programme adjusted for one of the logistical flows – including software-supported parts storage and identification via barcodes.

Materials handling

In addition to the Schelling standard products, Schelling offers individual special solutions tailored to customer desires in the material handling sector. We develop strip separation and strip accumulation systems specially for customer requirements.

You will achieve a capacity of more than 30 strips per minute. Schelling also supports its customers with special solutions for large panels and parts storage with software adjusted to the respective requirements.

Packaging

For storage and shipping: innovative packaging solutions from a single source. In order to optimise the processes in the packaging process, you need a clever concept. Automatically, depending on the requirement, a packaging slip is printed, a cover panel fed, strapped in both directions – if desired with or without protective corners.

And it's just as easy to wrap with film, steel or plastic bands. If necessary, wood corners are produced in exactly the appropriate size for varying package sizes – just in time. The result: a stack made to measure.

Update & Upgrade

To ensure flawless operation of Schelling machines for many years to come, Schelling provides its customers with updates of new software releases of the same basic version – and this can be done online.

Updates: Each Schelling system is brought up-to-date technically with the exchange and retrofitting of old controllers and control computer systems. This also includes the update of optimisation software, software support and spare parts procurement in order to extend the service life of the machine by many years. 

Upgrades: For efficient utilisation and extension of the service life of Schelling machines, these are retrofitted with the newest components. An upgrade does not just help you achieve more performance and productivity; thanks to special retrofitting packages, changed customer requirements or new solutions can be implemented at any time.
