The Schnitzelmaster hand-held device for restaurant owners, butchers and caterers – the Schnitzelmaster automatic device for canteen kitchens and butcheries. Either you batter the meat, a loud and not particularly clean way of working, or you “steak” the meat, where the original meat quality is not improved; rather, the meat is processed into “minced meat”. Schnitzelmaster makes all the difference. “Mastering®” the meat is a special technique for tenderising meat (suited for all boneless pieces of meat), in which the meat fibres are stretched without tearing – and the fresh meat character is retained.
