Sciaky Electric Welding Machines Ltd. was founded in 1934.

Our vocation today is the supply of bespoke welding systems and standard machines to solve our customers’ production requirements in  Automotive, Aerospace and General Industries in the UK and around the world.

The majority of these involve resistance welding, in Single Phase, Mid Frequency, Hexa-Phase, and Sciaky’s unique Three Phase Frequency Conversion System. 

Standard Resistance Welding Machines and Controls for Spot, Seam and Projection Welding. Multi-Head machines, special purpose custom welding machines, and robotic Spot, are all designed and built in house.

We also make MIG and TIG welding systems as required. Which can include multi-head welding machines and robotic systems.

We design and make all manner of spares, electrodes, welding controls, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical parts.

Our engineers can, commission new machines, carry out breakdown or routine service and repairs, and provide training, calibration and weld qualification to Aircraft Standards.

Older machines can be upgraded or overhauled.
