  1. Expanded neoprene half round cord

    Expanded neoprene half round cord
    This closed cell material can be used for hatch or door seals. The height of the seal is half of the base dimension. (i.e.10mm base is 5mm high)

    This closed cell material which is skinned on all 4 sides is suitable for making a watertight seal on boat hatches, car boots, enclosures, cabinets, etc.

  4. Flocked lined window rubber

    Flocked lined window rubber
    The flocked lined window rubber comes in two different forms and is suitable for sliding windows that need to retain a waterproof seal. No FWR148 is a preformed U shape and fits directly into a channel. The flat flocked strip, no FWR168, is ideal for fitting into different size channels. It is easily bent to form a U shape. Greater widths can be obtained by joining two pieces together. It makes an ideal replacement for Polyester ribbon.

    There are two different types of seals available today for Houdini hatches. A P seal that locates into the hatch frame, and a self adhesive bulb seal.

    These M5 captivated nuts and screws are used for fixing windows in place and come in two standard sizes, 6mm and 10mm long. They are supplied with a M5 x 20mm machine screw (other lengths are available).

    Under recent legislation all inland waterways boats have to be fitted with this ISO 7840 fire resistant fuel hose. As of June 1998 all sea going vessels built to the Recreational Craft Directive 94/25/EC must now be fitted with this hose.

    This spirally reinforced PVC hose is suitable for bilge pumps, cockpit drains etc. It will withstand pressures up to 85psi.

    This wet exhaust hose has both Lloyds and DNV approval. (Certificate numbers Lloyds 91/00198 and DNV S1297). Its construction using top quality materials gives it superiority in its application within engine compartments of fishing boats, Workboats, pleasure craft, etc. A very tight bend radius capability aids compact installations and using good quality clamps dispensed with the need to cuff the hose, thus avoid damage to the hose end. It is also an ideal fuel hose with DNV approval and can be used with total confidence in marine generator applications
