Service Logic Limited was established in March 1998 with a focus on providing a complete solution within the AutoID industry.
As a result of our success, Service Logic was accredited with the coveted Authorised Repair Centre (ARC) status by Datalogic and is still the only UK based Repair centre that has been authorised to repair the full range of Datalogic products. This includes Hand Held Readers, Portable DataCapture terminals and Fixed Position scanners.
Despite being a young company, Service Logic draws on almost 40 years of industry experience taken from sales, servicing, installations and the commissioning of AutoID equipment and due to our ongoing success has succeeded in building up strong working relationships with a number of key AutoID manufactures.
At Service Logic we believe in providing both the product and aftersales service. Our aim is to ensure that the user is comfortable with our proposed solution before any commitment is received. We actively encourage presales demonstrations and trials to preempt any possible problems that may be encountered and to ensure a smooth installation with the minimum of disruption. Service Logic prides itself on providing the complete and total solution.
Service Logic is very proud of what it have achieved over a relatively short period of time. We have seen a steady growth over the last 4 years, which has enabled Service Logic to invest in its people and infrastructure to ensure that we're here for many years to come.
