Traverse Wound Bobbin (Spooling) availability, we have recently (August 2008) taken receipt of a "New" 24 Head purpose built  machine to compliment our existing 12 Head machine.

These machines are capable of Slitting from 2mm through to 40mm (dependant on substrate), Double Head - edge & line guide to satisfy width accuracy, Rotary & Shear Knives to suit both extensible/non extensible, adhesive/non adhesive product.

Silicone Coating Specialists, Coating up to 1600mm width on a wide range of Filmic Substrates.

Silicone Bag Release Tape, Supplied in various widths in Bobbins or Pads, Bobbins can be in excess of 20,000lm as opposed to conventional Pads holding just 3,000lm, thus savings on scrap, labour & downtime are significant.   

In addition to the above our extensive range of Slitting machines can handle many different substrates & slit from 6mm through to 1600mm in Pancake (pad) format.   

Other Services include: Hot Needle Perforating P1 & P8 (other available) - Centre/J.Fold capabilities.

Films/Substrates available include: CPP, BOPP, Laminates, Lidding Films, PET (Polyester), LDPE, PLA, OXO Bio-degradable, Release Film, Label Films, Tear Tapes. VFFS HFFS Films, Non Wovens, Cable & Wire wrapping products - Other Substrates to numerous to mention are also available.
