• Tool Making
  In house tool making operation and sub contract machining facility. Full range of multi axis CNC wire and die sinking machines with full CMM inspection supported by ISO9002.
  The seamless link between between design and production is focused on precision and quality.
  
  Sub-contract service available using the companies full facilities, one off tool/prototype components to production runs of large quantities.

• Production Line
  Extensive range of computer controlled moulding machines. Leading design enables us to produce two-shot mouldings in a continuous production environment. Built in automated quality systems ensure quality is maintained at all times.

• Second Operations
  Automated and hand operated production of moulded components. Dedicated sections for assembly of food items, guaranteeing the highest industry standards. Hand operated machinery in the assembly of precision engineering parts (sonic welding), high precision by computer operated machinery.

• Quality Inspection
  CMM measuring devices, having integrated statistical process control systems, simplify the quality inspection tasks that are placed on high volume production operations, enabling us to work to current British Manufacturing ISO9002 standards.
