We supply a wide range of products to more than 800 live accounts and sub-contract precision engineering customers across a broad range of related sectors including aviation, automotive, packaging, defence, oil and gas as well as the construction industry

OFFICE BASED INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
This is an office based role which will involve receiving inbound calls and emails from existing customers. You will be required to liaise with customers to ensure a smooth ordering process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and providing quotations via telephone and email
Cold Calling
Sourcing non-stock items
Resolving invoice queries
Liaise with production department to progress delivery schedules
Communicate and work along side with Sales Manager
Other Adhoc administrative duties

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Pick/Cut computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large item
Accurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment.
Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own.
Operate saws and handle steel
Transferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks and cranes.
Assisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers’ orders.
Maintain high levels of Health and Safety.
Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements
