Studio Octopi

Studio Octopi is a creative architecture practice based in central London, established in 2003.

-

Studio Octopi is one of the UK’s leading emerging practices. We grew through a series of small private residential commissions, and in more recent years have undertaken a number of high profile projects, such as the refurbishment of Saatchi & Saatchi’s interior, and the Thames Baths Projects.

Studio Octopi works across the commercial, public and private sectors, and has won a series of accolades including an RIBA London Award in 2010 for its extension of a Victorian London terrace, Park Avenue South. Soon after, its Stratford Kiosks project received a ‘New London Award’ which celebrates London’s best architectural achievements.

Responding creatively and intellectually to specific briefs has emerged as the practice’s strength, inspired by the site’s historical and environmental conditions. Traditional expertise combined with an inventive and contemporary application of materials adds to its success.
