    UHV-CF components are manufactured by market-leaders Inficon. At Testborne we can provide you with a wide range of UHV-CF components that have been fully quality-checked. The components include transition pieces including stainless steel adapters, seals including copper and silver-plated gaskets, and polyethylene protective lids.

    From the UHV-CF range we can also supply stainless steel pipe fittings in various shapes - elbow 90o, tee-shaped, cross-shaped, double-cross, and reducing cross - blank, tube, and rotating flanges, bellows, metal hoses, and compensators, and thread lubricated connectors, hexagonal bolts with and without nuts.

    At Testborne we supply high-quality vacuum ball bearings manufactured by market leasers Inficon. The vacuum ball bearings enable the safe transfer of gases and can be installed in vacuum systems and applications. The range of vacuum feedthroughs includes various models from the 624 up to the 6001, each providing different weights, rotational speeds, and load capacities.

    The vacuum ball bearings come with dry lubrication and a non-rubbing shield and are manufactured using robust stainless steel. The ball bearings can operate at temperatures between -200 oC and +300 oC.

  7. Vacuum Evaporation Sources

    Vacuum Evaporation Sources
    Thin film deposition can be achieved using the method of vacuum evaporation using an electrical resistance heated source. It is an easy process that enables small-scale or production level bonding that in some cases provides a more cost-effective solution than sputtering. At Testborne we can supply customers with various evaporation sources.

    We can provide vacuum evaporation sources in metals of 99.95 per cent purity. The sources can be supplied in forms such as folded boats, filaments, evaporation crucibles, baskets, rods, baffled box sources. Electron Beam Crucibles in metals including alumina, boron nitride, and various graphite compounds can also be supplied.

    Vacuum gauges enable users to monitor pressure levels in vacuum systems. At Testborne we can provide highly precise and reliable vacuum gauges. The gauges are temperature controlled - we can supply customers with gauges to check pressure at varying temperatures including 45 oC, 100 oC, and 200 oC.

    We offer vacuum gauges manufactured by Inficon that are fitted with EtherCAT interfaces, diaphragm gauges, cold cathode gauges, ultra-high vacuum measurement systems and gauges, Pirani gauges, and multiple channel control gauges. We can also provide cost-effective gauges to meet budgetary requirements.
