Ventilation Systems

Dust Extraction systems

For the extraction and collection of Industrial manufactured waste products. From the Woodworking Industry and allied Trades - Industrial Processing - Model making -Packaging and all Process Industries.
 

Fume Extraction Systems

For the safe extraction of fumes – typically from Printing machines, vehicle spray rooms, commercial spray booths, kitchen ventilation canopies, welding bays and bench mounted extract arms.
 

LEV Testing

Testing is required to comply with the Health and Safety Executive Regulations. All types of Local Extract Ventilation systems need to be tested, including Dust extraction, Fume extraction, Educational and Industrial fume cupboards, welding extraction and ventilation systems.
LEV COSHH regulation 7 requires that LEV systems be thoroughly inspected and tested at least every 14 months.

Industrial and Commercial Fan sales:

We are Stockists for the Industrial and Commercial range of products from the Vent Axia and Roof Units range of Ventilation equipment.
We also supply Fan equipment and all associated ancillary items from Soler and Palau as well as providing spares and repairs for all types of centrifugal and axial fans.
 

Air Conditioning

We offer a full design and installation service for Fujitsu and Daikin Air Conditioning systems.
 

Ducting and Fabrication

We manufacture and supply a full range of ducting and associated fittings, dampers, grilles, flexible hose etc.
We fabricate exhaust hoods, canopies and purpose designed components, in galvanised sheet steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

Installation Services

Our skilled workforce are trained in the safe use of Access and lifting equipment. We will prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements to ensure safe installation practices.

When the Contract requires, we also provide duct cleaning services after installation and pressure testing of completed duct systems.
