PROVIDIING - DEMOLTION AND STRIP OUT SERVICES IN AND AROUND THE MIDLANDS AREA

All Staff are CCDO or CSCS Carded as a minimum. Training is an on going priority at Topdem and all specific task training is provided and regularly updated as necessary.

Projects carried out by Topdem range in size from credit value to approx. £300,000. We work for all the major contractors in and around the Midlands area ranging from Private developers, to schools, offices, factory sites and residential developments. We work as both Principal Contractor to Clients and Subcontractor to the Major Contractors.
