Increasingly 3D printing is used for many applications for ‘fit and feel’ or even functional trials; from prototype mounting brackets through to full production enclosures for small run products. Tritec’s in-house 3D printing facility enables it to quickly produce rapid prototypes from its range of FDM 3D printers.

Tritec supported the innovative start-up Brompton Washscape with their electronics development, including embedded software and a tablet application. 

Our engineers have a wide range of experience and skills in Analogue Electronics including Small Signal Amplifiers, Switching Power Supply Design, Motor Control, Camera, video and other sensors.

Analogue Hardware Design

Baxi Boilers approached Tritec to develop a new ‘Andon’ system for a production line at their plant near Chorley. The system features custom hardware and software developed by Tritec, plus a custom designed 3D printed enclosure.

Our cable installation team is available for work with control and datacoms cabling, including splicing and terminating optical fibre systems as well as installing standard Cat5e or Cat6 ethernet cable.
