Aluminium vanes made of corrosion free aluminium

Spindle:
Extruded round tube including a joining spigot 

Fixing:
Vanes are threaded alternately onto the spindle which is crimped at the end with a hammer to secure the vanes.
Bolted, clamped or welded to fences gates and walls. Supports should be adjusted to support Vandgard centrally over walls or cranked at 45 degrees to the back of fences with a clearance not exceeding 50mm.

Finish:
Standard finish means natural, self-colour metal finish

This unique system consists of flame-retardant, unbreakable roller tumblers, threaded onto a central shaft which is supported at 2metre intervals by fixing brackets.

Too large to get a grip on, the 115mm diameter tumblers rotate freely and independently on the shaft to form an unstable barrier that’s difficult to climb over, yet won’t cause injury. With black or green roller barrier and a range of brackets to choose from, there’s an off the shelf solution for almost any project.

Bespoke solutions can also be produced if needed. From schools and children’s play areas to care centres and prisons, Roller Barrier has a proven track record of keeping people within a designated area, or keeping them out of restricted areas.

Its soft, unobtrusive appearance also makes the system ideally suited for installation in sensitive areas such as care centres for the mentally impaired or young offenders institutes, as unlike more aggressive systems, it is not seen as threatening.

Rotaguard Acoustic Sensor

Rotaguard is an advanced all-round detection system and anti-scaling barrier for walls, gates and fences, which is durable and easy to install. It provides an inexpensive, yet effective solution to property protection, at a time when property owners are legally responsible for injury to intruders. 

The system incorporates Geoquip's renowned Defensor detection system which alerts security personnel to any attempted intrusion and allows alarms to be verified by the unique 'listen-in' audio verification. 

The unique design consists of a series of curved vanes, each of which revolves freely around a central shaft which has been modified to incorporate Geoquip's Alpha cable sensor. The rotating vanes create an unstable barrier which moves if anyone attempts to climb over it. Moreover, because of the unique curved vanes, the intruder cannot try to overcome the barrier by covering it or jamming it. 

The system is strong and durable, being manufactured from a technically complex high tensile alloy. It is also corrosion resistant and therefore suitable for areas vulnerable to pollution. In addition, this corrosion resistance ensures that the metal remains bright and maintains its deterrent effect throughout its life. The alloy is very lightweight and can therefore be used on mesh or even wooden fencing. In addition to the standard finish, Rotaguard can also be supplied with black polyester powder coating and other colours on request.
