Our range of materials includes Perspex, Acrylic, PVC, PTFE and Polypropylene and Polycarbonate. We have materials specifically for high temperature and chemical applications that resist wear and degradation.

We can supply you with sheets, rods and tubes of plastic, or develop and manufacture products for you. We use advanced software including CAD-CAM and 3D modelling programmes to optimise the design prior to the CNC machining process. We are fully approved by ISOQAR for the machining and fabrication of plastic materials.

CNC lathes enable us to provide our clients with thousands of identical parts within a short lead-time. At Vaplas we have the most advanced CNC machinery available, with CAD-CAM and 3D modelling software on hand to develop product designs and plans. You can leave us your designs and we will program our CNC milling, turning and drilling machinery to carry them out.

We have previously provided our plastic machining services to companies including Powergen, BT and GlaxoSmithKline. Using CNC machining is a much faster process than relying on hand drilling or milling, and enables us to carry out designs to a much greater degree of precision than traditional methods.
