Vaplas can design, manufacture and install plastic pipework systems for your company. Our on-site engineers can also carry out repairs to your existing piping and replace sections of damaged piping and ducting systems. We will carry out a site visit and talk through your requirements and determine the most appropriate plastic material for use.

We have the plastic materials for use in chemical processing and high temperature applications. Plastic pipework specifically for temperature fluctuations, high pressure, and high fluid concentrations can also be designed and fabricated. Vaplas specialise in the repair and fabrication of plastic tanks and pipework in food, chemical and water processing plants. We use high-quality thermoplastic materials such as PVC, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Perspex and PETG that give excellent resistance to chemicals and wear.
