It also makes possible large production runs in which the same design can be repeated hundreds of times.

Plastic turning can be used to create bespoke parts and components for use in many industrial applications. At Vaplas we have the technology available to create customised plastic parts to your specifications, in large batches and in a short lead-time. You can send us your design requirements and we will develop them using advanced 3D modelling software including CAD-CAM.

Then our CNC turning equipment will produce an ultra-precise product. We have materials available such as PVC, PTFE, Perspex and Polypropylene. If you are working in harsh conditions we have plastics available specifically for use in high temperatures and that provide excellent resistance to corrosion.
