VibTech Ltd provides practical on-site training based upon the good practice guidelines in the Energy Institute publication: 

‘Guidelines for the Avoidance of Vibration Induced Fatigue Failure in Process Pipework’, 2nd edition 2008 

Supplemented by over 30 years’ professional experience in on-site measurements, assessment and pipework problem solving.

Several Courses are offered, including:

• A basic 1-day introductory course to raise awareness of the  subject
• A Standard 2-day course aimed at raising the competence of staff to be able to undertake visual and vibration assessments
• An Advanced 3-day course which provided greater knowledge regarding common corrective actions
• A Comprehensive 5-day course which also covers the Quantitive assesment methods for calculating Likelihood of Failure (LOF) for common causes of vibration.

COMAH

This training will help underpin your obligations under the COMAH regulations and European Directive 96/82/EC to take all measures necessary to prevent major accidents. By learning best practice you will be well placed to help reduce the risks of leakage to as low as reasonably practicable.
