Westlake Components has been in the metal dome market for over 15 years. It is the only company that exclusively manufactures Metal Domes and Associated Products and that manufactures all of the products it sells. Our factory has a complete machine shop where we make all of our own tools & dies. This capability gives us complete control over our processes. We have quality inspections at all critical phases of the operation from inspection of the raw material, through production inspection and final quality control. Our 15 years of experience together with complete control over our processes allows us to ship a high quality product with fast response times.

Our Metal Dome product line includes sizes from 6 to 16mm. We offer activation forces from 2.0 - 4.5 Newton's. All of our Metal Domes are nickel-plated with gold plating as an option. We produce only the dome that is the most reliable and that has the best tactile feel, the 4-legged dome.

We supply round and oval domes with sizes from 3.5 to 6mm and activation forces between 1.6 to 2.0 Newtons's.

One of our largest product lines is the metal dome array. They are available in three different standard construction types . We can provide modules with spacer and retaining cover, domes on adhesive , or our newest construction , a single layer spacer design, the most cost effective.
