We produce plywood floor kits and interior panelling for the Bus, Coach, Military, Marine, Van, Truck and Train Markets. All kits are fully CNC machined to your exact requirements.

Our integrated CAD/CAM and Optimisation programmes ensure efficient cutting. All kits are, complete and ready to install, with edges preservative treated and paint sealed.

We can produce sub-assemblies to any level including fitting aluminium / rubber extrusions and catches. As well as bonding high pressure laminates and floor coverings. 

Large stocks of specially treated plywood are always available including: Wisa-Finnish Birch plywood’s Xyligen GLA treated, Phenolic faced, Acoustic (with rubber membrane), Polypropylene and Thermoplastic coated. Our specialist scarf-jointing facility enables us to make 3m wide sheets to any length or thickness.
