E-Commerce & Fulfilment

Are you selling online? Since 2012 our e-commerce directors have been dealing with Amazon Fulfilment cargo.  We have complete knowledge and understanding of the correct goods in specifications and procedures that Amazon require.  If you are an Amazon seller we can help.

A one-stop solution

If you are looking for a single provider who can take care of your FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) preparation, arranging freight from the factory, importing into the UK and EU, customs clearing the goods, receiving the stock, quality inspecting, relabelling and dispatching to Amazon, we can help! Whether you are sending a carton or a whole container of FBA stock we can provide you with a solution that is tailored for you.

We have a network of international agents who can assist in the exporting and arrival of goods into the UK. Once the consignment arrives at a UK port we can then assist in clearing the goods and moving the shipment back to our warehouse for inspection. Upon analysis of the cargo the required units will then be bagged, wrapped and labelled. Requirement often include application of FNSKU, expiry dates and safety notices such as suffocation warnings and CE tags. We will then repack the items into shipping cartons and organise movement via partner carriers.

UK returns centre

Amazon sellers are required to have a return address based in the country of sale, failure to do so may lead to the destruction of your valuable products. We help you to recover the value in the product and potentially sell it. Rather than pay the heavy cost of destruction to Amazon, why not let us handle the return of you order in our warehouse. We are here to help you take full advantage of FBA and expand your brand reach. Worldwide Logistics have your shipment, customs and FBA preparation under control, so you have more time to focus on what you do best, selling your products.

Retailers can save money by making smooth returns

When products are returned to a merchant, the merchant can face the costly process of either re-purposing, reconditioning or recycling the goods.  This problem is referred to as reverse logistics and can cut into retailers profits by up to 20% every year.

  • The rise of e-commerce has increased the need for an effective reverse logistics solution. E-commerce will account for 10% of total retail sales in 2018. Shoppers are more prone to returning items purchased online because they aren't sure exactly what they're getting.

  • There are four types of returns retailers face: commercial returns, product recalls, repairable returns, and end-of-life returns. Each requires a different reverse logistics cycle to handle it effectively.

  • Retailers can reclaim up to 32% of the total product cost by having an effective reverse logistics function. This includes by reselling the product, recycling it, re-manufacturing it, and more.
