Yotari is an electronics retailer, based in HULL, UK. We are an online store, specialising in electronic goods, test equipment and electrical supplies.

We understand that we operate in a competitive market place, and aim to stand out from the crowd by offering high quality service and low prices. We aim to do this by:-

• Offering free shipping on all orders over £100, and not charging handling fees for small orders. If you order a couple of small items (under 1kg), our carriage charge is £3.95 and most items are delivered next day. For items over £100 we offer a free shipping option - we know that most of our competitors charge up to £15.00 for delivery and this can make an expensive product even more costly!

• Only advertising products which are in stock - most 'virtual' stockists advertise thousands of products but only get them in when you order them - adding delay to your order. Although we occassionally run out of products, we aim to keep the majority of our products 'on the shelf' and ready to ship out straight away.

• Having a clear and fair returns policy - we mainly supply to businesses, but if you purchase from us as a consumer you are entitled to return products under the consumer selling regulations (see our returns policy for more information.) If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we will act quickly and fairly to make sure you are happy. We invite feedback on our products and our service through our website.
