  1. Acoustic Rubber

    Acoustic Rubber
Acoustic rubber is generally used as a mat, underlay or other sound absorption barrier which is used in industrial and commercial environments. Acoustic rubber generally takes the form of a lightweight blocking membrane which, as well as floors, can be used to insulate walls and ceilings from noise. It is a relatively thin and flexible material, allowing it to be used on most floors, walls and ceilings. At Zouch Converters our acoustic foam rubber soundproofing can dramatically reduce reverberation, sonic reflection and flutter echos in environments such as recording studios, theatres, music rooms, workshops and other commercial / industrial applications. 2. Cellular Rubber

    Cellular Rubber
Cellular rubber is an expanded black rubber sealant material with closed cells. It has a lower permanent deformation value than comparable alternative materials such as polyethylene foams. Cellular rubber comes in densities ranging from 90-450 kg/m³. Depending on the type of cellular rubber you want, it is available in blocks of up to 60mm thickness and is available in adhesive rolls. The properties of cellular rubber include: - Limited water absorption. - Resistance to environmental factors, such as the weather. - Resistance to oil is available in nitrile rubber with chloroprene. - High shear/ tear strength. - Suitable for self-adhesives For more information on the uses and properties of cellular rubber, contact Zouch Converters today!
  3. Cellular Sponge Rubber

    Cellular Sponge Rubber
Zouch Converters provide open and closed cellular foam rubber materials. These sponger rubbers can be used in a variety of industrial applications such as appliances, automotive applications, HVAC and lighting as well as other commercial applications. Cellular sponger rubber products can be customised to fit your specific components requirements and application. We produce cellular sponge rubber in sheets, strips and pads. These products come in various widths, lengths and thicknesses in self-adhesive or plain backing options. Base cellular rubber comes in open and closed cell neoprene, EPDM and silicone. 4. Chloroprene Rubber

    Chloroprene Rubber
Chloroprene rubber gaskets are commercially known as neoprene rubber gaskets. They are a neoprene mechanical seal which is used to prevent and inhibit leaks between substrate sections. Sometimes known as CR gaskets, neoprene rubber gaskets are often used in outdoor and marine settings as they are highly resistant to weathering and ozone factors. The neoprene or chloroprene rubber gasket material makes them suitable for use in areas such as fridges. However they are not usable in applications where ketone and/ or phosphate ester fluids are present. To find out more about chloroprene rubber gaskets, their benefits and uses, talk to Zouch Converters today.

  6. Closed Cell EPDM Sponge Rubber

    Closed Cell EPDM Sponge Rubber
Closed cell EPDM sponge rubber (or ethylene propylene diene monomer) is an expanded closed cell sponge. It is a versatile material which is resistant to environmental factors such as ozone, UV and weathering. The closed-cell structure of EPDM means it is impermeable to gas (such as the air) and liquids. It can provide a waterproof seal around structures. EPDM sponge rubber also provides thermal durability and electrical resistance. At Zouch Converters we supply and provide a wide range of parts from EPDM sponge rubber such as EPDM strip through to EPDM rubber gaskets. Sponge rubber can be supplied as sheets as well as being cut to strips. Closed cell rubber can range in thickness from 1mm - 40mm. It is also possible to laminate rubber sheets together. 7. Die Ejection Rubber

    Die Ejection Rubber
There are four main types of die ejection rubber; open-cell ejectors, closed-cell ejectors, vulcan ejectors and profile ejectors. The performance of die ejection rubber is based on three different aspects, your rubber selection, rubber location and ejection balancing. There are two hardnesses of die ejection rubber which can be used to replace the full spectrum of sponge rubbers available on the market. They are lightweight and provide less resistance when cutting. As such, lower cutting pressures are required when these rubbers are precision cut to your required dimensions. They can come with a self adhesive backing where need. For more information, contact Zouch Converters today.
  8. EPDM

    EPDM
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer is a highly durable synthetic roofing membrane. It is widely used as a roofing material in low-slope buildings. It’s primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene are derived from natural gas and oil. It is available in a variety of colours, sheet sizes and thicknesses. What you need will depend on your individual requirements and factors such as the operating environments. EPDM can be installed as either fully adhered, mechanically attached or simply ballasted. For further information on EPDM as a material, its uses and cost-effectiveness, contact Zouch Converters today.
  9. EPDM Extrusions

    EPDM Extrusions
Common uses for EPDM rubber extrusion are in applications such as noise control and reduction, seals, vibration control and as a decorative trim. At Zouch Converters we offer a wide range of products for a variety of applications. We are able to provide an EPDM extrusion design service ready to fit your requirements. We can further provide fabrication services such as cutting, punching, drilling and other forms of machining to cut and finish the product to your requirements. We can produce finished products from simple rectangles through to more complex shapes. Talk to the experts at Zouch Converters about your EPDM extrusions needs today.
  10. EPDM Rubber

    EPDM Rubber
EPDM rubber is an highly versatile rubber material which can be used in a variety of applications such as producing HVAC and automotive parts. EPDM can act as a cost-effective alternative to silicone parts. With proper use, EPDM rubber can be a long lasting solution which can save users time and money. EPDM rubber can be processed and formed to meet a variety of different industrial requirements and specifications. It has been adopted by a variety of industries in both static and dynamic applications. For further information on the uses and benefits of EPDM rubber. Talk to Zouch Converters today.
