  1. Closed Cell Insulation

    Closed Cell Insulation
Closed cell insulation is a foam insulation which provides an alternative to traditional insulating products such as wool. Foam insulations are chosen due to offering a greater level of insulation. This can be useful for those looking to reduce energy costs associated with heat loss. It is also a fantastic acoustic insulator and it provides a greater level of sound absorption than traditional foams. Closed cell insulation will not absorb water, due to the closed nature of the cellular structure. This means water (or other liquids) can permeate and soak through the cavity. Closed cell foam insulation is used in domestic roof and cavity insulation as well as commercial and industrial uses such as offices or warehouses. For more information on closed cell insulation, talk to the experts at Zouch Converters today.
  2. Closed Cell Neoprene

    Closed Cell Neoprene
Closed cell neoprene is a foamed rubber material which has a ‘closed’ cellular structure. This means the bonds between the internal ‘bubbles’ are solid. Also known as expanded rubber, closed cell neoprene cells hold gas and prevent liquids or moisture to pass through the cell barrier (assuming it has remained intact). Closed cell neoprene is produced from neoprene polymer. Most closed cell neoprene sponge rubbers meet all required commercial and regulatory standards. Sponge neoprene products meet flame ratings and are generally continuously serviceable between -40°F to 158°F and are able to withstand intermittent temperatures of up to 200°F. 3. Closed Cell Polyethylene Foam

    Closed Cell Polyethylene Foam
Closed cell polyethylene foam is a rigid and non-absorbent type of waterproof foam. It is commonly known as ‘closed cell’ foam and is a highly resilient and strong , chemically cross linked closed cell foam. As it is rigid it is suitable for using in a variety of industrial and commercial applications such as acoustic soundproofing, packaging, buoyancy aids, thermal insulations as well as kneeling pads, shock absorbers and other types of padding. Closed cell polyethylene foam is great due to it properties such as being impervious to various types of rot, bacteria and mildew. It is also highly resilient to general wear and tear whilst retaining a lightweight and flexible form. To find out more about closed cell polyethylene foam, talk to Zouch Converters today.
  4. Cloth Tapes

    Cloth Tapes
Cloth tapes are used for bonding rough and textured surfaces together. Cloth tapes are an adhesive tape which is made with a cloth backing to make it strong, durable and flexible. Cloth tapes are useful for various applications such as bandages, wall sealants and in electrical and plumbing tasks as well as other applications. Cloth tapes come with an adhesive, pressure sensitive coating. They are also available for special and specific applications without leaving a trace of any glue reside while holding materials together. Cloth tapes come in a variety of dimensions. When choosing a tape you need to consider the width and thickness of the final application you need to use the tape for, if it is too wide or not wide enough it won’t be able to bond properly. For more information about cloth tapes, talk to Zouch Converters. Contact us today.
  5. Coloured Foam Tapes

    Coloured Foam Tapes
Coloured foam tapes come in a variety of sizes, dimensions, and colours. From single sided to double sided, coloured foam tapes come in a variety of types. Standard foam tapes come in black or white but they are also available in a variety of other colours such as red, blue, yellow and others. Our standard colours are black and white and come in thicknesses between 1mm - 3mm. They have double coated and pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive coatings on one or both sides of the tape, depending on the type of tape you require and the application you need it for. For more information on what types of coloured foam tapes are required for your specific requirements, talk to the experts at Zouch Converters today.
  6. Concrete Curing Blankets

    Concrete Curing Blankets
At Zouch Converters, we are a manufacturer of concrete curing blankets and blankets for concrete pre-stressed beams. Curing blankets are manufactured in types of PVC. We create concrete curing blankets using our own specialised manufacturing techniques. Our curing covers are cost effective and easy to handle in relatively unforgiving environments. Our concrete curing blankets don’t stick to the concrete which is being cured and they also don’t soak up water, which is why our covers are popular products. For more information on concrete curing blankets, talk to Zouch Converters today.
  7. Conductive Adhesives

    Conductive Adhesives
Conductive adhesives are thermally conductive epoxy sealant and adhesives. Our thermally conductive adhesives offer users a superior level of heat dissipation. They are used in a wide range of electronic applications. One and two component systems are available as adhesives. They include elastomeric products, silicones and epoxies. Thermally conductive adhesives are used in applications for bonding, potting and encapsulation applications through a variety of industries. Applications for conductive adhesives include, heat sink bonding, potting sensors, chip scale packages, BGA die heat spreader interface, power semiconductors. For more information about thermally conductive adhesives with enhanced heat dissipation properties contact Zouch Converters today.
  8. Conductive Foam

    Conductive Foam
Conductive foam is an electrically conductive form of low density foam PET and polyurethane foam. It can be copper and nickel coated throughout giving an XY and Z axis low resistance electrical conductivity. It therefore provides an excellent performance as an EMI shield when it is used as an EMI gasket. The conductive foam material is UL94V-1 flame retardant. Compression rates can be between 25% & 75%. Coinductive foams are used for low level of conductivity and can operate at potential maximum temperatures of around 60 and 70 degrees Celsius. The material returns to its original height when it is released from compression. Conductive foam is fire retardant as well as Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROS) compliant. 9. Conformable Polyethylene Foam

    Conformable Polyethylene Foam
At Zouch Converters we have both single and double sided fully conformable polyethylene foam products. Our polyethylene foam comes in a wide range of densities and hardnesses to best suit your needs. Overall these products have a great ageing process. They have low moisture absorbing properties but good resistance to temperature, mould and rot and overall are highly durable. Standard colours for conformable polyethylene foam products are grey, black and white but other colours are available on request. As it is conformable, polyethylene foam is excellent when you need to get foam into a specific shape or size. For more information about the applications of conformable polyethylene foam products, contact Zouch Converters today!
