Conductive foam is an electrically conductive form of low density foam PET and polyurethane foam. It can be copper and nickel coated throughout giving an XY and Z axis low resistance electrical conductivity. It therefore provides an excellent performance as an EMI shield when it is used as an EMI gasket. The conductive foam material is UL94V-1 flame retardant. Compression rates can be between 25% & 75%.
