Beermats

Beermats

If you are looking to purchase fantastic quality beermats then you have come to the right place. We manufacture beermats, REAL Thick and THIRSTY Beer Mats. In fact we are one of the last few remaining dedicated manufacturers of genuine beermats... in the world!!

Beermat Manufacturer

For us, the manufacture of custom designed and printed beermats is not a niche operation, it is the entire focus of our business. We don't masquerade as a UK based beermat company whilst using a 'mail drop' centre and running 'operations' from a bedroom in Europe. Nor do we say we sell 'beermats' when we actually sell bits of card with paper stuck to it.

History of the Beer Mat

History of the Beer Mat

The early origin of the first ‘beer mat’ dates back to the 19th century. Whilst the wealthy could rely on a porcelain tankard complete with lid, the working classes were obliged to find an alternative method to protect their precious ales from insects and other debris. Their solution was to use a circular felt mat to cover their ale, but after a short period collecting spills and debris, the mats started to give off unpleasant fumes and something different was required.
