Within our manufacturing structure we operate a "Flow Through" manual assembly line staffed with personnel skilled in hand assembly, soldering and wiring of a wide range of products. Our recently acquired ERSA IC1000A soldering irons are more than capable of dealing with any lead free hand assembly requirements you may have.
The Blundell CMS 400 is now fully lead free compatible. All parts of the solder bath are treated with special tin resistant material. A new updated preheater is fitted as standard, and all machines are supplied with a spray fluxer.
