Wootten Dean is an established property consultancy led by Bryan Wootten who has over 15 years of experience of providing professional valuation and development advice to clients within the NHS environment.  

Bryan has experience across a range of commercial property types and has a particular expertise within the NHS sector. This has equipped Bryan with valuable insights into NHS property issues from different perspectives; from the strategic view of national policy relating to Primary Care Premises development matters within the Department of Health, to the issues facing local NHS organisations, practitioners and developers as they deal with the need to provide an appropriate physical environment for the delivery of NHS services from limited financial resources. Bryan is an experienced surgery valuer and provides advice to clients across the UK.
