With over 40 years experience in the design and manufacture of overhead cranes, electric wire rope and chain hoists and gantry cranes we know how to hoist! Started from 2000, Yu Chiang expanded business scale in China. This large facility is well placed to provide all levels of hoist, from steel fabrication and machine factories to heavy industrial manufacturing and public works. We have experience providing overhead cranes, hoists and gantry cranes for chemical plants, iron foundries, and major infrastructure works including the Taipei (metro) subway system and oversea constructions.

Load Test of Overhead Hoisting System

To ensure the hoists and crane quality, Yu Chiang Machinery specially set up the load testing process before delivery. The load tests of overhead hoisting system covers physical characteristics are clearly recorded on an inspection report. These testing are essential to helping ensure the safety and reliability as well as reducing costs and improving the quality of our products and service. Which covers testing items as follows:

1. Serial number
2. Hoist Specification checking before shipment (Type/ Capacity/ Speed checking) 
3. Manufacture of crane/ hoist
4. Operating system checking
5. Hoisting system is load tested to 125% of its safe working load limit.
