This machine is designed to accurately mark PCB’s within a production line. A so called “flying laser” concept is used which means that PCB is locked in its position while the CO2 laser is moved using servo controlled X – Y axis.

Designed to accurately mark PCB’s, ceramics, metals or plastics using a YAG laser. The laser is mounted at a fixed position while the product is moved underneath using a servo controlled X – Y table.

The pusher conveyor is used in combination with a multi magazine line unloader and guarantees that PCBs are transferred into the magazine.

The bare board loader by-pass has been designed for automatically loading unpopulated boards at the beginning using vacuum suction pads.

The destacker has been designed for automatically loading un-populated boards. A mechanism is used to separate the bottom PCB from the stack after which it is lowered on the integrated conveyor belt.

The destacker has been designed to restack un-populated boards. Stacking is done by a pneumatic lifter, which gently raises the PCBs from the ESD belt conveyor adding it to the bottom of the stack.

The solder infeed conveyor is designed to feed PCBs into the wave-soldering machine. The “multiple zone” concept guarantees a smooth transfer.

The solder outfeed conveyor guarantees a smooth transfer of PCBs from the wave soldering machine output to the downstream machine. The PCBs are transported by a metal pin chain conveyor.

The coupling conveyor uses a combination of rollerchain conveyor and ESD belt segment to buffer a number of small PCB’s. Pneumatic stopper is used to separate a single PCB from the queue.
