Cable Handling - Cable Drag Chains 

Cable Drag Chains are designed to guide and support moveable cables / hoses and are available in plastic or steel construction.

Both steel and plastic chains are available in open or can be fully enclosed to ensure maximum cable protection.

Steel chains are assembled to suit your specific application and can be supplied with covers, machined cable supports or in stainless steel

Plastic chains are available in a vast range of sizes and can be supplied assembled to the required length, complete with end fittings.

Both Steel and Plastic Chains are of outstanding quality and competitively priced. They are available at short notice for replacements and breakdowns or can be supplied to meet your production schedule

KVT Split Cable Glands

Cable entry for pre-fabricated cables.

The split system allows for the installation of pre-terminated cables into machinery, plant, cabinets and through walls.

Available in three sizes, which are determined by the bore hole - with KVT 32 installation of connectors is possible with a max bore diameter of 36mm

KEL Cable Entry Systems.

• The cable entry system is a combination of a cable entry frame and captive split inserts.
• The split of the system enables pre-terminated wires and conduits to be routed into panels, machines, junction boxes and through walls.

Cable Clamps  

Our cable clamps are designed to hold and support a variety of different power cables in a variety of situations. The clamps are all short circuit tested and can clamp single or multiple cable arrangements. 

The clamps are moulded from black polyamide 6GV and are suitable for use in temperatures from –40 to 120⁰C. They are resistant to oil, grease and both ozone and UV radiation. All clamps can accommodate individual cable loads up to 600amp and can be supplied with the appropriate screws and fasteners.  

Machine Protection - Slideway Wipers

Slideway protection plays an important part in preserving the life of machine tools. Our range of slideway wipers provide the very best protection for slideways. Whether a new build or a rebuild.

Wipers are supplied in standard lengths of 500mm or 1000mm and can be cut to size and shape in your own factory

However if you use minimum quantities of 50 per year of a particular wiper we can offer moulded wipers manufactured to suit the exact shape of the slideway. The moulded wiper can include the fixing holes and guarantees interchangeablity when supplying replacements.

Spiral Spring Covers  

Spiral Springs are circular telescopic covers that are excellent for the protection of spindles and shafts. 

This product has over 20 years proven success in the protection against swarf, dust and liquids, combined with high temperature stability and chemical resistance. WMB spirals are manufactured from polished blue steel or high-grade stainless steel; they distinguish themselves in safety and performance, and in addition require little maintenance. The springs can operate vertically, horizontally or in a sloping position and are available in over 1500 part numbers to create clean and safe conditions for the operation of linear shafts and ballscrews.
