Hydraulic Pneumatic Presses

Hydraulic Pneumatic Presses
SCHMIDT's hydraulic pneumatic presses, including the HydroPneumaticPress range, have been adapted to suit individual requirements, has vast flexibility as well as economic efficiency and allows for easy and accurate positioning of tools.

The hydraulic pneumatic presses are suitable for joining, transforming and assembling within a pressing force range 15-22 kN.

Assembly Machine

Our Cartesian assembly machine was developed for use with fully automated assembly processes in a variety of sectors. They allow for flexible assembly of components which have different dimensions. Specifically intended for those who require fully automated and highly productive assembly stations, the assembly machine comes equipped with the most up-to-date palletised systems for maximum efficiency.

Servo Presses

Servo Presses

Servo presses are perfect for joining together precise assemblies with different tolerances in order to achieve an economic and high quality assembly, ensuring the success of your product.

The servo presses offer superior process control behaviour when compared to conventional NC axes, real time evaluation, intelligent compensation, free positioning as well as robust, precise mechanical construction.

Manual Presses

SCHMIDT are continually using their expertise to work on their range of manual presses in order that you can achieve both efficient and cost effective manufacturing through a relevant means of production.

This expertise been implemented in our new models enabling use to offer a vast range of manual presses that suit all requirements.

Rack and Pinion Presses

Rack and Pinion Presses

Rack and pinion presses supplied by SCHMIDT are ideal for a range of applications including insertion of brushes, assembly of components and sensitive fingertip work.

The features of our rack and pinion presses include long stroke, honed bores, ground rams, precise adjustment features and linear force progession.

Torque Presses

The advantages of a SCHMIDT torque press include low operation costs, high forces, rigid construction and fast, precise positioning tasks. No clutch, gear or belt are required as it has a hollow shaft design.

The torque press has a nominal force of 200 kN and a 500mm stroke. It has a considerably higher speed constancy when compared to conventional drives, enabling a higher machine precision.
