Our CNC punch press can process sheet sizes up to 4100mm x 1290mm. Our CNC punch press also provides single sheet auto-reposition and high levels of punching accuracy.

On the CNC punch press, components can be nested to significantly enhance sheet utilisation and provide outstanding material cost savings.

With Laser cutting we can produce any shape template from materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and brass at various thickness’s to our customers exact requirement. The punching and bending process’s are enhanced by CNC control, facilitating multi forming of components in fast and precise operations repeatedly.

Our technical experts work from detailed Cad and 3D modelling files. Using Radan software packages to handle all CNC production details we will program the most efficient layout of components per sheet and store every file on our database for easy repeat production.

We offer many different finishes including powder coating, stove enamelling, electro plating (anodise, zinc, nickel, chemi-black, alochrom, iridite), silk screen printing and engraving.

Our precision fabrication includes the fabrication of centrifuge cases. These cases are fully welded constructions and dressed clean to ensure a high standard of finish after powder coating.
