This heavy duty frame drops into place at either end of the Caterer or Cavalier barbecues. Used with 2 gastronorm pans, it provides 1 hot holding holding pan & overhangs another for keeping cold or raw food. Benefits include hygienic control of prepared food from kitchen to customer. Its use in combination with the universal griddle provides outdoor buffet service at minimal additional cost.
