Pipework and Fittings

Branch Fittings also known as O'lets are designed to be able to let you connect intersecting pipes, there are variations of branch connections including a sockolet to an elbolet, all designed differently to be able to match their connecting pipe.

Butt Weld Fittings are a family of fitting used for forming circumferential butt weld joints in pipework systems. Fittings range in sizes and are used in conjunction with ANSI pipe and are designed to provide good flow characteristics.

A flange is a type of pipe flange and are manufactured to DIN standardisation requirements, which align with Europe metal stockholders, there are many different types of flanges, varying from the Weld Neck Flange to a Flat Flange.

There are a range of other pipework fittings including the seamless pipes, welded pipes, flanges and many more. Fittings can be described and used in pipe systems that connect the straight pipe to tubing sections, you can manufacture these fittings to different sizes and shapes to adapt for certain purposes.

Seamless Pipes are manufactured by extruding metal to a desired length and does not have a welded joint in its cross-section, unlike stainless steel pipes which are manufactured to a different length and by a different process.

Welded pipes are different to seamless pipes due to the manufacturing process and welded pipes are formed by hot or cold rolling plates and then welding the seam, this is the ERW and EFW process.
