Standard profile mk 2015 (50mm x 50mm) is used for the structural beams in this linear module. The profiles are reworked and feature a high-quality surface coating which provides a low friction surface while enhancing the profile with added wear resistance. Standard features of the linear modules include trapezoidal spindles with POM-nuts which are protected from contaminants by a stainless steel cover strip. These linear modules are maintenance free. On request special configurations are possible including stainless steel spindles, trapezoidal bronze nuts, ball screws, as well as motor driven modules. The linear modules are available in 3 basic manually operated configurations; Linear Module with Handwheel, Linear Module with Handwheel & Scale and Linear Module with Handwheel & Mechanical Display. The VST is available with one carriage or with two carriages with opposing travel.

The linear modules take the track roller carriages to another level, creating a fully modular assembly. Basic elements include the supporting and track profiles, the carriage wagon, as well as the required timing belt drive components including tails and profile connections. As a standard, the LZR's are designed to be motor driven. With the appropriate hollow shaft, the tail housings enable motors to be installed directly on any side of the LZR. Available options include output shafts for the direct mounting of hollow shaft motors, adapters for gearboxes and couplings, as well as components for indirect drives.

A bespoke conveyor solution that incorporates both curved conveyors and magnetic conveyors. The mk Magnetic conveyor is based on the GUF-P 2000 with central BC Drive and curved profiles, using a radius of 1,200mm. Permanent magnets are integrated into the body of the belt and guarantee the correct orientation of the suspended part even through curved segments. mk¿s Magnet-S conveyor can be adjusted to meet complex routing and installation requirements. This is a fully bespoke solution offered by mk, so can be customised to each individual customers required solution regardless of the complexity of the conveyor routing. This in turn provides the customer with safe transfer of their goods quickly and efficiently.

Due to its compact design,GUF-P MINI conveyors are ideally suited for equipment applications such as stamping machines, for example, where its small size and rigidity are an asset. The available T-slots (7mm opening) of Profile mk2075, mk 2100 or mk 2150 can be used to attach stands, side rails or other components. This single profile construction ensures a rigid structure with good load carrying capacity, whereby given values for load,speed, etc. are directly related and can vary as a result. The drive rolls of the different versions can be rubberized in order to efficiently transfer all available motor torque to the belt. Crowned drive and tail drums simplify belt tracking and ensure proper alignment of the belt along the centerline of the frame The belt travels on a stainless steel slider bed which is fastened to the frame profile, thus providing low friction and ensuring and ensuring long belt life. Finally, the underside of the frame extends to not only protect the belt but also allows the conveyor to be placed directly onto an existing surface. There are a number of options within in the GUF-P MINI range. Belt conveyors with head drive, with or withour motor and it includes the option to have a bidirectional conveyor. Through the positive locking drive and the side rail, modular conveyors are recommended where a belt is not possible due to slip, and an unfavorable length-width ratio or transverse forces. On request we design with reinforced bearings, supplemental supports of the drive shaft, as well as an appropriate number of additional sprockets, and thus exploit the full performance capacity of the chain.
