  3. High Voltage AC/DC Precision Dividers

    High Voltage AC/DC Precision Dividers
The DVR-150 and the DVR-300 are precision resistor/capacitor high voltage dividers that provide low voltage outputs proportional to the applied high voltage input. Their 1000:1 amp; 10,000:1 ratios, respectively, extend the measurement capability of most digital voltmeters and oscilloscopes to 150,000 volts or 300,000 volts.
  4. High Voltage Dividers

    High Voltage Dividers
These precision resistor/capacitor high voltage dividers are available at 150kV and300 kV.
  5. High Voltage Filled Cable Monitoring

    High Voltage Filled Cable Monitoring
21st Century energy demands mean that the electricity transmission and distribution network capacity is pushed hard. Providers and distributors must make best use of their assets. Performance analysis enables cost effective maintenance schedules to be developed.
  6. High Voltage Testing

    High Voltage Testing

The importance of insulation testing often becomes apparent during expensive and unnecessary unplanned outages. High Voltage Inc (HVI) provides a range of equipment for VLF testing up to 200kV peak as well as for DC up to 300kV and power frequency AC testing up to 300kV enabling users to conduct insulation, withstand, PD and Tan δ tests. This includes portable as well as higher power options for proof testing of cables, switchgear, motors, transformers, insulators, generators and other electrical apparatus. The range extends to manual and automatic oil dielectric test sets up to 100kV and to HV dividers.

  7. HV Cable Testing and Engineering Services

HV Cable Testing and Engineering Services
Drallim Industries have been directly involved in the high voltage industry for over 20 years and indirectly since our foundation in 1958. Our qualified cable diagnostics teams are able to offer testing techniques that are appropriate to your cable types, ages and locations.
  8. Hydrocal 1001+

    Hydrocal 1001+
The HYDROCAL 1001+ is a permanently installed composite gas-in-oil sensor for the analysis of the following dissolved key fault gases (TDCG = Total Dissolved Combustible Gases): Fault Gas TDCG Contribution Hydrogen (H2) approx. 20 % Carbon Monoxide (CO) approx. 30 % Methane (CH4) < 5 % Acetylene (C2H2) 100 % Ethylene (C2H4) approx. 32 % Ethane (C2H6) < 5 %
  9. Hydrocal 1003

    Hydrocal 1003
Analysis of the gases dissolved in power transformer oil is recognized as the most useful tool for early detection and diagnosis of incipient faults in transformers. In addition water contamination deteriorates the performance of the oil as high moisture content increases the risk of corrosion and overheating. This is in particular when the water content reaches the saturation point of the oil and free water is formed. Besides regular gas chromatographic analysis and off-line moisture analysis of the isolation oil of power transformers online monitoring systems gain more and more importance worldwide. By online monitoring of the key fault gases Hydrogen (H2) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Moisture in Oil (H2O) an additional potential of cost reductions and safety improvements can be achieved.
  10. Hydrocal 1005

    Hydrocal 1005
The HYDROCAL 1005 is a permanently installed multi-gas-in-oil analysis system with transformer monitoring functions. It individually measures, Moisture in Oil (H2O) and the key gases Hydrogen (H2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Acetylene (C2H2) and Ethylene (C2H4) dissolved in transformer oil. As Hydrogen (H2) is involved in nearly every fault of the isolation system of power transformers and Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a sign of an involvement of the cellulosic/paper isolation the presence and increase of Acetylene (C2H2) and Ethylene (C2H4) further classifies the nature of a fault as overheating, partial discharge or high energy arcing. The device can serve as a compact transformer monitoring system by the integration/connection of other sensors present on a transformer via its optional analog inputs: 4 analog inputs 0/4 ... 20 mADC 6 analog inputs 0/4 ... 20 mAAC +20% or 0 ... 80 VAC +20% (configurable by jumpers) It is further equipped with digital outputs for the transmission of alerts or the execution of control functions (e.g. control of a cooling system of a transformer): 5 digital relay outputs 5 digital optocoupler outputs (Option)
