Installation and Commissioning As part of a turnkey solution or a standalone service, HEMCO offers site installation and/or commissioning expertise in a range of industries, both in the UK and overseas. Our experienced personnel will carry out the electrical installation and commissioning of the project and, where required, provide on-site training.

Practically all plant and equipment requires periodic maintenance to some degree. When it comes to maintenance, there is no strategy to fit all situations. The ‘Fire fighting’ technique of lets fix it when it breaks may be the best option in some instances, however, in most cases it pays to be proactive rather than waiting for a piece of equipment to fail. We have experience with many maintenance techniques including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance or condition based maintenance. We work with our clients to create a maintenance strategy that suits them.

Having our own on-site manufacturing unit, with good access and a large workshop, gives us the freedom to undertake assembly and build a wide range of equipment of any size.

Our projects range from small control boxes/enclosures and operator control stations, to the largest multi bay floor standing panels, to include motor control centres (MCCs) and distribution panels. In-house computerised and manual engraving machinery gives us the flexibility to engrave nameplates, mimic panels and fascia, etc.

We also have experience in manufacturing enclosures for use in hazardous areas, and a knowledge of obtaining the necessary certification.

 Located on south coast of the UK, HEMCO Power & Control Systems are ideally situated to provide local support and services to many marine based businesses.
