These adjustable torque positioning hinges allow the user to adjust the frictional torque of the hinge to be able to hold lids and doors open. These hinges are made out an acetal polymer, with a polycarbonate pin and a zinc plated steel screw to adjusting the torque. These hinges use thru-hole mounting for assembly and allow the customer control over the hinge’s torque via a screw which adjusts the friction. Once adjusted the hinge’s torque will remain constant throughout the hinging motion to control the position of the lid or door and hold it in place, fully open, fully closed and anywhere in between.

Adjustable torque positioning hinges have the unique ability to be suitable for a range of solutions, where during construction or assemble the hinge can be adjusted to hold the weight of the lid or door being used. Adjustable torque positioning hinges are used in assembly of cabinets, enclosures, doors and display screens as well as other mounted components.

Adjustable torque positioning hinges are available in two sizes. The larger hinge has a height of 65mm and an open width of 56mm, with a vertical hole spacing of 48mm and an open horizontal hole spacing of 36mm. The hinge is 19mm thick and has 6.8mm diameter holes. The smaller hinge has a height of 43mm and n open width of 37mm, with a vertical hole spacing of 32mm and an open horizontal hole spacing of 25mm. The hinge is 12mm thick and has 4.2mm diameter holes.

Constant torque positioning hinges (otherwise known as Torque Hinges, Constant Torque Hinges) provide a constant torque throughout its motion to hold the door or lid in position at any desired angle, fully open, fully closed and anywhere in-between. This allows the user to access the enclosure or cabinet whilst the door or lid is being held in a convenient position.

The Constant Torque Positioning Hinge is mounted using two thru-hole mounts on either side of the hinge. The Constant Torque Positioning Hinge has high strength and durability. The constant Torque Positioning Hinge has a hinge torque of 0.4Nm. Each hinge can also hold a radial load of 1100N or an axial load of 2100N.

These lightweight and strong Detent Plastic Hinges (also known as Detent Hinges, Hinges with Detent, Position Control Hinges) are made from a high impact resistant thermoplastic and are able to hold doors, lids and hatches open at a fixed position to enable hands free access to cabinets and enclosures. These hinges remove the need for gas struts to keep the lid or door open, saving space. Caps are also included to hide and protect the mounting hardware.

The key features of the Detent Plastic Hinges are their ability to hold doors and lids at predetermined angles without the use of gas struts. The hinge is assembled using their four thru-holes which can later be covered by the supplied caps. The Detent Plastic Hinge comes in 4 options of detent angles: - None - 80° - 115° - 150°. The Detent Plastic Hinge has a hinge positioning torque of 1.2Nm. The Hinges can also withstand a radial load of 450N and an axial load of 450N.

The Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinge (also known as stainless steel door hinge, door hinge, heavy duty door hinge) is a strong and durable design, perfect for large doors, and has a high resistance to corrosion. The Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinges have countersunk square bore holes for use with countersunk bolts or screws. The hinge has the unique feature of having a removable pin, allowing the door, gate or hatch to be quickly removed without having to be unattached from the hinge.

Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinges can be used for doors, gates, and hatches on machinery or any outdoor use. The Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Door Hinge with Removable Pin is available in a 82mm x 92mm size, with vertical hole distances of 45mm and open horizontal hole distances of 60mm. The holes are 6mm square bores.

This Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Hinge is made from 304 Stainless Steel with an electrolytic polished finish. This Hinge can widstand a radial load of 400N and an axial load of 750N. The reccomended tightenting torque is 2.5Nm.

Metal Countersunk Hinges have a strong and durable build, with an attractive and compact appearance. They are suitable for a wide range of hinge applications. The holes on either leaf of the hinge are countersunk in order to keep the fixings flush to the hinge. The Metal Countersunk Hinges come in two sizes. The large Metal Counter Sunk Hinge measures 50mm x 50mm when open, with a hole distance of 30mm x 30mm. Metal Offset Lift-off Hinges are designed to allow the installation of a removing door. These Offset lift-off hinges have been designed to be used in a wide range of doors and panels for industrial cabinets and enclosures. Two or more hinges can be installed in the same orientation to allow the door to be lifted off for better access of transportation. The hinges can also be installed with opposing orientation to remove the ability to lift off the door.  

The Metal Offset Lift-off Hinge comes with threaded holes for clean mounting with no exposed fixings. The Metal Offset Lift-off Hinges are available in an assembled size of 64mm x 32.5mm, in both a left-handed and right-handed version. The male part has a hole distance of 19mm and the female, offset part has a hole distance of 51mm. When assembled, the two parts have a horizontal hole distance of 17mm.

Plastic Countersunk Hinges are lightweight, strong and durable. They are perfect for use with aluminium extrusions but are also ideal for many other hinge applications. The spacing between the mounting holes makes this perfect for use with 30mm and 40mm aluminium profile extrusion with the use of t-nuts.  

The Plastic countersunk hinges can be used for doors or hatches on machinery enclosures.   The Plastic Countersunk Hinges are available in two sizes, and both have a 7mm countersunk bored mounting holes. The larger countersunk hinge measures 64mm x 64mm and has an open hole distance of 40mm x 40mm, with an open thickness of 19mm and a plate thickness of 13mm. The smaller countersunk hinge measures 48mm x 48mm and has an open hole distance of 30mm x 30mm, with an open thickness of 16mm and a plate thickness of 11mm.
