The threaded inserts in these plastic hinges allow the hinges to be mounted from the rear allowing the fixings to be hidden from the final product.

The Plastic Hinges with Threaded Inserts are available in two sizes - the small Plastic Hinges with Threaded Inserts come in a 30mm x 35mm size, with a horizontal hole distance of 18mm and a vertical hole distance of 15mm. This hinge comes with M5 threaded inserts and has a closed height of 25mm. The larger Plastic Hinge with Threaded Inserts comes in a 54mm x 44mm size, with a horizontal hole distance of 30mm and a vertical hole distance of 23mm. This hinge comes with M6 threaded inserts and has a closed height of 29mm.

The Plastic Hinges with Threaded Inserts are available in black. Other RAL colours are available upon request (MOQs apply). The Plastic Hinges with Threaded inserts are made from a high impact resistance thermoplastic with brass threaded inserts. Plastic Inline Lift-off Hinge come with threaded holes for clean mounting with no exposed fixings.   

The Plastic inline Lift-off Hinges are available in 83mm x 19mm size, with a thickness of 22mm. The hinge is threaded M6 to a depth of 6mm. The hinge has a same part hole distance of 25.5mm, and an opposing part hole distance of 19mm.

These lightweight and strong Triple Detent Plastic Hinges are made from a high impact resistant thermoplastic and are able to hold doors, lids and hatches open at a fixed position to enable hands free access to cabinets and enclosures. These hinges remove the need for gas struts to keep the lid or door open, saving space. Caps are also included to hide and protect the mounting hardware.

The key features of the Triple Detent Plastic Hinge is its ability to hold doors and lids at 3 predetermined angles without the use of gas struts. The hinge is assembled using their four thru-holes which can later be covered by the supplied caps. The Triple Detent Plastic Hinge has detents at 0°, 120° and 170°. There is also a version of this hinge with no Detents. The Detent Plastic Hinge has a hinge positioning torque of 0.8Nm. The Hinges can also withstand a radial load of 150N and an axial load of 150N.
