  1. Color Touch 2- Technidyne

    Color Touch 2- Technidyne
The Color Touch 2 will take your quality control program to new levels of excellence. Supplying a wide array of measurements (including Brightness, Color, Color Difference, Fluorescence, Opacity, Whiteness, Tint, and Effective Residual Ink Concentration), the innovative Color Touch 2 spectrophotometer is the quickest, most precise tool for measuring the optical properties of pulp and paper. With its touch screen software, this system lets you measure and analyse key parameters in a variety of easy to use formats. It is easy to use, operators simply point, touch and let Color Touch 2 do the rest. The testing routines are simplified and oppertunities for human error are eliminated. Technidyne is dedicated to providing technically qualified support.
  2. Hs-2 Laboratory Heat Sealer Rdm

    Hs-2 Laboratory Heat Sealer Rdm
Precision production heat sealer- for accurate and repeatable determination of heat seal threshold. Produces seals of 5 to 25 mm wide and up to 50 mm long. Accurate control of heat sealing process variables (temperature, pressure, and time), enables an optimal balance of material specification, packaging machine speed and seal integrity. Accuracy and repeatability in laboratory heat seal testing is critical, and the HS-2 has become established as the 'Industry Standard' for this purpose. The HS-2 benefits from choosing heat sealing bar configuration, either single (upper) or dual (upper and lower, meets ASTM F2029). User can easily change sealing bar for a variety of surface areas or surface finishes. The HS-2 has accurate and repeatable seals due to the precision ground sealing faces and jaw guidance system. It boasts versatile applications for flexible materials, blister packs and pots. It is very low maintenance and can have 12 months between calibrations.
  3. Laboratory Ovens Snol

    Laboratory Ovens Snol
Laboratory Ovens SNOL includes stainless steel oven chamber lining. High-quality oven temperature stability and uniformity, fast heating and cooling time due to low thermal mass construction and low power consumption for reduced running costs and energy savings. It has over-temperature protection module fitted as standard to all ovens which meets Health and Safety executive directive. The SNOL 300LFN series are a variety of precision electric laboratory ovens. They are designed for low temperature thermal treatment such as drying, heating and thermal testing in an air-flow assisted environment. Forced air convection is used to provide more efficient drying and quicker heating, as well as improved temperature regularity throughout the chamber. With a temperature range of 50 to 300ºC, the precision temperature control system provides good stability and uniformity for high quality results. A digital PID temperature controller, displaying the current temperature and set-point, and a preset over-temperature protection device is fitted as standard. Most models have a fan speed controller. All models have a control knob to select internal or external air circulation (or a mixture as desired). Our laboratory ovens are available with optional UKAS (ISO17025) calibration of the temperature controller and thermocouple as a system or also with a 5-point or 9-point thermal survey of the chamber volume. Additional shelves are also available.
